By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full. Refund eligibility is determined by the product or service category as described below.
Membership tiers include Credit Club, Business Builder Pro, and All-Access.
Logging in to your member dashboard or downloading any resource constitutes acceptance of delivery and forfeits refund eligibility. Member login records and download timestamps are retained as proof of delivery.
If you were charged by mistake (e.g., duplicate charge, technical error) and have not logged in to the member portal, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the charge by emailing info@saintthomasbusinesses.com with your purchase email and a description of the issue.

Digital products include: Business Formation Pack, Business Credit Blueprint, Credit Repair Toolkit, Chapter 7 Filing Kit, Chapter 13 Filing Kit, and Both Chapters Bundle.
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable. Upon payment, your download link is delivered immediately to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete at the time the download email is sent.
If you do not receive your download email within 1 hour of purchase, contact us at info@saintthomasbusinesses.com and we will resend it within one business day.
Every transaction is recorded with purchase timestamp, order ID, customer email, and download delivery confirmation. These records are retained and submitted to payment processors in response to any dispute.

To request a refund under the 7-day guarantee, email info@saintthomasbusinesses.com within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date with your account email and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
The AI Assistant (also called Virtual Assistant) is a custom chatbot service that includes setup and monthly subscription. This includes the self-service setup page where customers configure their business details.
All AI Assistant purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the customer completes the signup form and receives their embed code, the service is considered delivered. Like our digital products, this is a custom-configured digital service — once delivered, it cannot be un-delivered or re-sold to another customer.
Setup fees and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you have technical issues after setup, contact us at info@saintthomasbusinesses.com and we will work to resolve any implementation problems.
Done-for-you services include LLC formation, EIN filing, business credit setup, nonprofit formation, document preparation, and similar hands-on services performed by our team.
You may request a full refund at any time before work has started on your order. To cancel, email info@saintthomasbusinesses.com with your order details as soon as possible.
Once our team has begun work on your order — including but not limited to submitting filings, drafting documents, or initiating any action on your behalf — the service fee is non-refundable. You will be notified when work begins. If any portion of a service cannot be completed due to factors within our control, we will issue a partial credit or refund at our discretion.
Consultations and coaching calls may be cancelled and fully refunded if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. To cancel, email info@saintthomasbusinesses.com or reply to your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. Sessions that have already occurred are non-refundable in all cases.
You may reschedule a consultation at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.
We ask that all refund concerns be directed to us first at info@saintthomasbusinesses.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We respond to all customer concerns within 1–2 business days.
Filing a chargeback after receiving a digital product, accessing the member portal, or after a service has been rendered constitutes a fraudulent dispute. We will respond to all chargebacks with full transaction records, delivery confirmation, login logs, and any other relevant documentation. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the original charge, chargeback fees, and any associated dispute costs.
